Xu Yibo, PhD; I am currently working in the Experimental Art Department of Lu Xun Academy of Fine Arts, responsible for teaching science and technology art; Dopamine Tech Art ® founder. Xu Yibo's works always pay attention to potential hidden issues in society, such as mechanical devices, immersive images, and digital interactions. He strives to use rich media to establish his works and challenge the hidden rivers beneath the surface of society. The important solo exhibitions are "self-healing function" held at the Turner Art Museum in New York and "regulated growth" held at the Zhejiang Art Museum. His independent works have participated in numerous large-scale exhibitions both domestically and internationally, such as the 6th International Art and Science Exhibition, China Digital Art Exhibition, Wuhan Biennial, 3rd Beijing Media Art Biennial, Donghu International Ecological Sculpture Biennial, 3rd Anren Biennial, "Time Begins - Wuzhen Contemporary Art Invitation Exhibition", 12th National Art Exhibition, etc. The main completed social public art projects include the creation of a large-scale dynamic mechanical installation art project for the Chongli Pavilion of the 2022 Beijing Winter Olympics; Planning and implementing a large-scale immersive interactive imaging installation project for the fantasy Dunhuang; Create the main sculpture project for the China Modern Press and Publication Museum; Planning the Dunhuang Science and Technology Art Exhibition at the China National Arts and Crafts Museum. |
