Li Xiaoliang's creative work mainly consists of photography, video and multimedia practices. Over the past decade, he has collaborated with some of the most influential magazines in the fashion and art worlds to document a wide range of actors, directors, artists and others who are active on the silver screen. At the same time, he is also engaged in the creation of thematic long-term art projects with a methodology that is closer to an anthropological approach of collecting, observing and presenting. The art project "Lonely Planet" was awarded the prize for the photographic sample book by Martin Parr at the Lianzhou International Photography Festival in 2016. Solo exhibitions have been held in art organizations such as UCCA lab, chi K11 Museum of Art, Hao Art Museum, Three Shadows Photography Art Centre, Hong Kong K11 MUSEA, and Xie Zi Long MuseumTAG Art Museum, Design Society, and Pingshan Art Museum. |
