The Birth of Sequence

HOW Art Museum is pleased to announce that The Birth of Sequence, solo exhibition of Feng Zhijia, will be on view from December 29, 2024.



Artist Feng Zhijia uses painting content as a medium and creative language as his main research direction. Through decentralized expression techniques, he continuously establishes a unique artistic language, visualizing faults, ghosting, and stripes beyond the focus of vision, thus bringing a new visual expression.



The exhibition "The Birth of Sequence" focuses on Feng Zhijia's "Sequence" series and extends the "Split vision" series, presenting his creative process through 25 works. Feng Zhijia starts from both micro and macro perspectives, integrating the observation of sequences in life into his creation and visual layout. While giving life to these brushstrokes, he presents the inherent aesthetics of the sequences to the viewer.
